2022 Marthe Henry Boillot Chardonnay Bourgogne White

FROM REMI: Female winemaker from France making gorgeous wines in Burgundy! Her entry level white burg was my favorite, followed closely by her zero-zero version of the same wine.

The sulfured version (linked) was elegant and refined while the zero-zero one had gorgeous reduction once it opened up and that unfiltered texture that is so playful and fun.
